Many (but not all) performances at the Winspear Centre are available for purchase online. To find out if you can purchase tickets to a selected performance online, simply go to that event's page on this site, and look for the  button next to the performance date. If the button is there, you can purchase tickets over a secured line.

Hours of Operation

effective: Monday, June 15th

Wickets & Phones open Monday to Saturday - 10 am to 5:30 pm

(wickets & phones will be open until show time evenings on which there is a performance)

The Box Office will be closed:
 Wednesday, July 1st (Canada Day)
 Monday, August 3rd (Heritage Day)
 Monday, September 7th (Labour Day)

Regular hours will resume Monday, September 14th

Box Office Hours on Performance Nights
On evenings with a performance ticketed by the Winspear Centre Box Office, the Box Office Wickets will remain open until ½ hour after the performance begins.

For performances on Sundays, the Box Office Wickets will open 1 hour prior to the performance, and remain open until ½ hour after the performance begins.

During the 1 hour prior to the concert, our priority is to seat patrons for that performance. We reserve the right to restrict sales and pick-ups to that performance only.

The Edmonton Symphony / Winspear Centre has a zero tolerance for scalping and insists that all patrons of our service abide by our policy stated herein. Scalping is illegal in the Province of Alberta, under the Amusements Act. Tickets made available through this site are intended only for those who are actually planning on attending the shows requested. It is strictly prohibited to resell any tickets obtained through our Box Office for more than the purchase price. If you are found to be reselling, trading or brokering tickets that you purchased through our site for profit, the ESO / Winspear Centre may, at our discretion, cancel your ticket order and all other pending orders in your name.
