Canadian conductor Julian Kuerti has amassed an impressive list of re-engagements by orchestras delighted with his performances.

    A vibrant showcase of our World Music Ensembles, the World Music Sampler is an opportunity to travel the world through the music of various cultures. The Middle Eastern and North African Music Ensemble studies instrumental and vocal music, traditional and modern, of this diverse region. The Indian Music Ensemble studies the rich tradition of classical Indian music. The West African Music Ensemble studies the music and dance of West Africa with particular focus on the Music of Ewe people of Ghana, Togo and Benin.

A total of 1, 517 souls lost their lives that night on the “unsinkable” ship. Two ONE-WAY Tickets To Broadway Productions, with special guests Anna Beaumont and the Edmonton Metropolitan Chorus, is proud to mark the Titanic’s centennial anniversary with this Tony award winning musical. With a cast of over 150 local artists and a 40 member orchestra, this is a production not to be missed.

Castelnuovo-Tedesco’s concerto has become a standard in the canon, while Márquez’ vivacious dance is practically a second Mexican national anthem. Bach’s Chaconne continues to awe audiences, and the rich folk legacy of Bohemia comes to life in a symphonic poem by Dvořák – the last orchestral work written by the Czech master.
