The Francis Winspear Centre for Music (Enmax Hall) is one of the finest spaces in North America. From a dream to reality, the vision of the Winspear Centre has always been to exemplify a community facility. We strive to share the beauty and energy of this space with as many of you as possible. As such, we are pleased to offer both corporate and non-profit booking rates.

Non-Profit Rate

Weekdays (Monday - Wednesday) Performance: $2700.00 or 10% of gross ticket sales, whichever is greater, capped at $4300.00
Weekdays (Monday - Wednesday) Multiple Performances: $4000.00 or 10% of gross ticket sales, whichever is greater, capped at $5500.00
Weekend (Thursday - Sunday) Performance: $3000.00 or 10% of gross ticket sales, whichever is greater, capped at $4500.00
Weekend (Thursday - Sunday) Multiple Performances: $4500.00 or 10% of gross ticket sales, whichever is greater, capped at $6000.00
Rehearsal/Non-Performance Day: 50% of the base rent for a minimum of 8 hours
Deposit: 50% of the base rent

Requirements for Non-profit rate: Proof of Government Registered Charitable Organization Status is required. Amateur, community based, non-professional performers only.

Non-Profit Box Office Fees:

$250.00 event set-up & staffing
Commission of 2.75% on credit card sales
$0.30 / ticket commission per ticket printed
$2.00 Capital Replacement Fund Surcharge on each ticket sold. This must be included in the published ticket price.
$3.00 / Consigned Ticket
$0.25 / Restocking of Consigned Ticket
House Seats: 18 designated seats are retained for the exclusive use of Winspear Centre without charge.

Front of House Staffing

Capacity Audience estimated cost: $2100.00

Production Staff

Minimum 3 technicians/four hours: $456.00

*All bookings remain subject to challenge until a signed contract and full deposit are received by the Winspear Centre. Rental Rates are subject to change without advance notice.

*All labour on statutory holidays are billed at double time and a half.

Commercial Rate

One Performance $3675.00 or 10% of gross ticket sales, whichever is greater.
Two Performances, Same Day: $5500.00 or 10% of gross ticket sales per performance, whichever is greater.
Rehearsal/Non-Performance Day: $2600
Deposit: 50% of the base rent

Commercial Box Office Fees:

Commission of $1.00 per ticket (includes ticket printing, staffing and set up).
Commission of 2.75 % on credit card sales.
$2.00 Capital Replacement Fund Surcharge on each ticket sold. This must be included in the published ticket price.
$0.25 / Complimentary Ticket
$3.00 / Consigned Ticket
