2022/2023 ESO Season FAQ

You can renew your subscription starting now, up until just before the first concert of your series. If you renew by June 30, you’ll receive the Early Bird offer. To keep your subscription seats, you must renew by July 15.

We understand that things can change. You can cancel your subscription anytime up until just before the first concert in your series.

Subscriptions for Symphony Under The Sky are now available. The subscriber presale for single tickets to Symphony Under The Sky starts Monday, July 25 at 10 AM MT. Tickets go on sale to the public on Thursday, July 28 at 10 AM MT.

We want as many people as possible to have the chance to attend. You can purchase a Symphony Under The Sky subscription to see both programs, or you can purchase single tickets to a program.

This season, we simplified the Classics programming to streamline our scheduling. The new series layout was determined based on survey feedback and the orchestra's performance schedule.

We streamlined our Classics programming to align with the feedback and the orchestra’s performance schedule. Due to this change, the previous names could not fully represent each series anymore. Regardless, you can be assured that you will still hear the same quality music, curated by your ESO, in every subscription package.

We are pleased to offer four concerts in this package now; there were previously only three.

Yes! The name has changed slightly but the concept is the same: a shorter concert with the conductor guiding you through the pieces as they’re performed. Plus, a complimentary food and beverage voucher so that you and your date can enjoy a great night out!

Our season is slightly shorter due to construction on the building, so we were unable to schedule four SFK concerts. That means that there are three Symphony For Kids programs this season instead of four, resulting in a price change.

Yes! Memberships will be available for the 2022/23 Season starting in August. If you are currently an ESO Member, you will receive an email with information about when you can begin using your Membership to purchase ESO tickets.

A subscription is for a specific series featuring set concerts with set dates. You pay for it upfront (or split into two payments). Members pay a monthly fee for Membership status, which then allows them to purchase tickets to regular ESO concerts anytime they want for as many concerts as they want!

Yes! You can subscribe to a series or multiple series, if you like, plus you can add on a monthly ESO Membership if you would like to purchase tickets to concerts outside of your subscription package.

No. Membership gives you access to regular ESO concerts during the season but does not apply to ESO specials or festivals such as Symphony Under The Sky.

Yes, Compose Your Own will be available sometime in July. There will be two options: 3-pack and 4-pack.

At this time, there are no plans for there to be staggered seating in concerts next season, but health and safety protocols may change in the future. We encourage you to check the event page online for your concert to keep up to date on what protocols are in place. And keep an eye on your inbox for your Before You Arrive email prior to your event date.

Yes, as a subscriber, you can exchange your ESO tickets for any other ESO performance without an exchange fee. Exchanges for Symphony Under the Sky are available beginning July 25, 2022, for subscribers and July 28, 2022, for everyone else. All other tickets can be exchanged beginning September 8, 2022, for subscribers and September 15, 2022, for everyone else.

The Early Bird offer was available to anyone renewing their subscription before June 30, 2022. They received 50% off two tickets to a regular ESO concert if purchased between September 8-30. This is a great chance to see a concert outside of your chosen series! This offer does not apply to Price Level 5 tickets for Classics or Pops or to Price Level 3 tickets for Symphony For Kids or Pairings. This offer does not apply to ESO Specials. One redemption per household.
