As the lead singer and songwriter of the all-female rock band Antigone Rising, Cassidy Catanzaro toured the US following a landmark record deal signed with both Starbucks', 'Hear Music Label' and Atlantic Records. the first of it’s kind. She has sold close to two-million albums.

Cassidy has toured with legendary acts including, The Rolling Stones and Aerosmith and has sung with rock icons from Greg Allman to Steve Perry of Journey.

Some National Television appearances include; The Tonight Show, TODAY, featured commentator in multiple programs for VH1, and as the model for Seven Jeans in both print and TV. THE GAP featured Cassidy in their campaign collaboration with Archbishop Desmond TuTu’s Wisdom Project, celebrating individuals whose work has made an impact on the world. Cassidy’s segment is named, “Born To Empower”. Rolling Stone Magazine has also featured Cassidy several times. A starring role this past Summer in Hollywood, California as "Tabitha" in the multi-media rock theater piece, Parallel Worlds received stellar reviews that highlighted Cassidy's electric and compelling performance.

Her SONGWRITING CREDITS appear on tracks for, pop star, Demi Lovato with world-renown producer Max Martin, Rob Thomas of Matchbox 20, rock sensations, Mount Holly Band, and popular Swedish recording artist, Tommy Burr as well as placements in film and television.

Her solo project, "Cassidy and The Music" released its third album, What Is REAL. in April 2016.

Cassidy is a proud champion of environmental causes such as Oceana, The Orchard and her most recent stint in Louisiana, where she joined the 2016 Elmer's Island Expansion Project ensuring the safety and preservation of nesting endangered birds. Her social activism spans more than a decade. It includes several women's issues as well as mentoring through The Girl Scouts Of America. She has marched on Washington and local City Halls for social justice and equality. Cassidy is thrilled to be a part of Women Rock. She couldn’t agree more.
