Faye Stollery

Performance Coaching

Faye Stollery values fostering connection: where people feel seen, heard, and loved. Performances, presentations, or speeches are opportunities for meaningful connection. She teaches mindfulness and performance techniques to help build confidence and captivate audiences.

Faye started performance coaching at the MacEwan University Conservatory of Music in 2014. With her background in theatre and meditation, she offers practical and effective ways to navigate performance anxiety, connect with others, and find joy on and off the stage.

Her genuine loving nature creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, exemplifying her skill of integrating mindfulness into everyday life.

Faye began her journey with the Conservatory of Music as a voice student in 2004, performing in recitals, music festivals, and the Conservatory’s scholarship competition. She was also the Assistant Program Coordinator at the Conservatory office from 2013-2025, supporting music education programs and events.

She has directed and coached children’s musical theatre productions and taught Confidence Building & Stage Presence workshops.

She works with children, teens, and adults preparing for speeches and monologues, singer-songwriters, and music students preparing for recitals, festivals, and competitions.
