Mitch Zorich
Electric Guitar & Classical Guitar
Fascinated with rock and metal music as a teenager, Mitch began practicing guitar seriously. After performing in rock bands for several years, he attended Red Deer College, receiving a Music Diploma in Electric Guitar. While there, he also began studying classical guitar. Mitch later went on to receive Royal Conservatory of Music Gold Medals for his levels 7, 8, and 9 classical guitar examinations.
After graduating, Mitch moved to Edmonton and began teaching guitar. His pedagogy includes Suzuki Method training which led to becoming part of the music faculty at Suzuki Charter School.
Mitch performs in a variety of musical settings and styles, and has performed in Metallica, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Beatles tribute bands.

Depending on the student's age and musical style I use various teaching methods, encouraging and supporting students to pursue their musical interests.
Lesson Description:
From Bach to rock, I will work with you to achieve your musical goals. Lessons are customized to the student's skill level and interests, in a fun and engaging environment.
Learn songs, chords, scales, techniques, and the theory behind your preferred styles.
In-person lessons are in the Capilano area or online.
