Jean-Willy Kunz on the Davis Concert Organ

Jean-Willy Kunz on the Davis Concert Organ

CANCELLED | Sunday, June 28, 2020

The Jean-Willy Kunz on the Davis Organ concert that was rescheduled to June 28 is now cancelled due to the continuing Covid-19 restrictions placed on public gatherings. Refunds will be processed automatically back to the original method of payment. Edmonton RCCO Organic - Organ in Concert Series is working to re-schedule the concert featuring Jean-Willy Kunz, organist with Bill Richardson, narrator at the Winspear Centre for the spring of 2012.

Jean-Willy Kunz performs his own tantalizing symphonic organ arrangement of Camille Saint-Saens' "Carnival of the Animals" with texts and narrations by well-known author and broadcaster Bill Richardson. Also on the program are solo organ works by Johann Sebastian Bach, Louis Vierne, Olivier Messiaen, jazz improvisation and more. Jean-Willy Kunz is the first organist in residence of the Orchestre Symphonique de Montréal. This will be Jean-Willy's debut performance on the Davis Concert Organ.
