The lobby spaces rent for $160.00 per hour, minimum of four hours. Table and chair set up for a maximum of 200 people is included in the basic rent.
After confirming a date, you will be required to provide a deposit. The amount of the deposit will depend on your event. It is non-refundable upon cancellation.
Depending on the nature of your event, we may request a damage deposit. The amount of the deposit will be determined by the Winspear Centre.
The Winspear Centre has enough tables and chairs to accommodate most events. For larger events rental charges on extra equipment will be billed back to the client. Audiovisual equipment can be rented in for an extra charge and will be billed back to the client.

Set up, strike and janitorial staff is included in the base rent. If more chairs and tables are required (over and above seating for 200 as outlined above), the client will incur the rental cost.
It is a requirement to hire Winspear Centre staff to oversee your event. Our staff are professional and fully trained to meet your needs. The size of the set up for your event will determine the number of ushers and bartenders required, and hourly costs for these services can be provided by contacting the Winspear Centre Client Services Coordinator; please call for estimated labour charges. The ushers are here to assist your guests in and out of the building and to answer any questions, etc. during the event.
