Program:

The Four Seasons is a colourful collection of concerti for violin and string orchestra, each about 11 minutes long, that includes musical depictions of flowing creeks, singing birds, a shepherd and his barking dog, buzzing flies, storms, drunken dancers, hunting parties, frozen landscapes, and warm winter fires.
