About The Concert
For one night only, take a journey through some of the Baroque period’s finest music. This musical era—known for tonal development and increasing technical complexity—created enduring masterpieces that are still celebrated today.
Hear your favourites, including excerpts from Handel’s Music for the Royal Fireworks and Water Music, alongside Pachelbel’s Canon and Albinoni’s Adagio. Plus, it wouldn’t be the greatest hits without Bach’s mighty Toccata and Fugue in D minor, performed on the magnificent Davis Concert Organ.
This concert will include an intermission.
