About The Concert

Celebrate the start of the ESO's 75th season with a program that shines a light on the extraordinary talent within the orchestra, led by Assistant Conductor & Community Ambassador Shah Sadikov.

Violin, French horn, oboe, and bassoon are showcased in concertos by Vivaldi and Haydn, plus a world premiere of an ESO commission by John McPherson. Beethoven's exciting First Symphony and the overture to Verdi's opera La forza del destino round out this powerful opening concert.

This concert will include an intermission.
