About The Concert
A showcase concert featuring the Alberta Children's Choir, Alberta Youth Choir, and friends.
Don’t miss this once-a-year concert experience celebrating the voices of young singers from across Alberta. Featuring both of Alberta’s provincial honour choirs—the Alberta Children’s Choir (ACC) and the Alberta Youth Choir (AYC)—this powerful event brings together more than 250 singers from 40+ children’s and youth choirs across the province.
Led by Jackie Hawley (ACC) and Jean-Sébastien Vallée (AYC), the choirs present a dynamic program showcasing the richness of Canadian choral music, with works by Tracy Wong, Stuart Beatch, Alan Bevan, Laura Hawley, and James Wright. The concert will also feature guest choirs ECSD All City Junior High Choir and Archbishop Jordan High School Treble and Concert Choirs.
This annual celebration of collaboration, artistry, and community is unlike any other choral concert you’ll hear this year!
