Ticket Assistance Program

We believe every human needs music.

Our new ticket assistance program makes live orchestral music more accessible by offering discounted tickets for individuals and families who face financial barriers to attending an ESO concert – helping more people in our community experience the power of live music.

Here are the details:

• $28 all-in tickets (up to 78% off).
• Choose from Price Levels 1-3 for shows with 5 prices, and Price Levels 1-2 for shows with 3 prices.
• Eligible Edmonton Symphony Orchestra concerts include:
  • All ESO Classics Concerts
  • All ESO Robbins Pops Concerts
  • All Symphony for Kids Concerts
  • Select ESO Special Concerts
• Up to 4 tickets per performance. If this doesn't cover your immediate family, please contact the box office.
• Each concert will have a limited number of tickets set aside and each program participant will be able to book 20 tickets total per season.

In this pilot year, we're using existing government and community support programs to verify eligibility, ensuring the program reaches those facing genuine financial barriers.

• Government of Canada
  • Guaranteed Income Supplement (GIS)
