Brahms Spotlight
ESO Virtual Stage - Video Release

Brahms Spotlight

Available May 7, 2021 10:00 AM MT

Our first release this month is in honour of Johannes Brahms birthday, which is May 7. Brahms composed more than 200 songs in his lifetime – this video shines a spotlight on four of those pieces. Featuring Allene Hackleman, ESO Principal Horn, and guest pianist Sarah Ho, Brahms Spotlight pulls works from four different song collections. All the works performed were arranged by Canadian horn soloist Martin Hackleman.
