Associate Director, Guest Services

Edmonton Symphony Orchestra & Francis Winspear Centre for Music is seeking an Associate Director, Guest Services. This position is responsible for overseeing all ticketing processes and making sure every patron and guest of the Winspear Centre has an extraordinary and personalized experience. You supervise quality assurance for all customer service systems and customer interactions, with particular focus on ticket purchase processes. You manage the Guest and Ticket Services Team and support other departments within the organization by soliciting and sharing guest feedback, tracking customer service issues, and presenting analysis reports on the effectiveness the organization’s current customer service policies and recommendations for improvements.

The Edmonton Symphony Orchestra & Francis Winspear Centre for Music is seeking a Research Archivist & Program Planner Intern to join our team. This 40-week paid internship is project-driven, involving both research and archival duties and building educational and community outreach programs for the public.
