Patron Relations Manager

This position will initially cover two overlapping maternity leaves and then transition into a full-time permanent position with a specific campaign oversight at the end of the maternity leave terms.

Musical Creativity Program Coordinator

This position is responsible for planning, supporting, and delivering educational and outreach programs, with a focus on building interpretive adult programs and also supporting children, youth, and school programs, tours and camps, and family-fun event activations. In this role, you are accountable for program-related administration and communications, including liaising with teachers or delivering programs yourself. YONA-Sistema – Substitute Teaching Artists

The Edmonton Symphony Orchestra’s vision is to make music accessible to everyone and minimize barriers for people to access musical arts experiences. Our Musical Creativity team always welcomes interest from qualified, dedicated Teaching Artists (Strings, Winds/Brass, Percussion) to join us in the Youth Orchestra of Northern Alberta Sistema (YONA-Sistema) program, which enacts social change through music education for Edmonton’s underserved youth. Your qualifications include a post-secondary degree (preferably in music, education, or a related field) and a minimum of 1-2 years in a teaching or child-care setting. Experience teaching instruments to children or working with groups of children is an asset. Successful candidates are positive, open-minded, empathetic, non-judgmental and committed to building strong communities.
