Heather Bergen

Heather Bergen has been playing the violin for over 50 years, and it has always enriched her life. From playing in the Sunday School Christmas pageant at age 5 to being involved in people’s deepest emotional times at weddings and funerals, she has always felt blessed to be able to contribute to the musical life of any community she’s been in. Becoming a member of the ESO in 2001 has given her the opportunity to play approximately 100 concerts a year ranging from country to rock to opera to Symphonic to Broadway to New Music. The sheer breadth of excellent musical experiences leaves her grateful and happily exhausted.
