Juneteenth is a holiday that commemorates the end of slavery in North America, but it is so much more. Global themes, like the celebration of freedom and the importance of family, inspire a growing number of people each year. Join us in our 17th year and prepare to be swept away as we take you on a musical journey around the world and land in an old school cookout. Music from Africa to familiar genres like 90’s R&B, Hip Hop, Motown and funk will be explored. Everyone’s welcome. You’ve just got your invitation to the CookOut!
