About The Concert

You’ll also hear exciting an contemporary work, Out of Thin Air, by SOCAN’s 2023 Emerging Composer "Under 21" winner Danial Sheibani. “NYO Canada thrives on exploring both iconic masterpieces and innovative works,” says Music Director, Naomi Woo, who will conduct this thrilling performance. “In our 2024 season, we'll delve into pieces that have shaped music history, building upon the legacies of past composers while also gesturing towards the future.”
