Music lives outside during Symphony at Snow Valley.

Join us for a NEW summer tradition at Snow Valley! Your Edmonton Symphony Orchestra will perform two programs of sensational music during Symphony at Snow Valley, taking place August 21-24, 2024.

Parking is NOT available at Snow Valley. There will be FREE ETS shuttle service from Harry Ainlay High School’s parking lot to and from Snow Valley. More details can be found below, under the Parking section.

If a performance needs to be rescheduled due to inclement weather, you will receive an email up to four hours ahead of the scheduled start time. We also recommend that you keep an eye on our website and social media channels for the most up-to-date information.


Tickets and Seating

For grass seating, please bring your own chairs, blankets, or cushions. We encourage you to bring lower festival-height chairs if possible to help preserve sightlines for patrons behind you, but taller chairs can be brought if needed. Patrons in chair seating will be provided a plastic chair.

DATS drop off will be allowed in the Snow Valley parking lot. Please note that there will not be any golf carts available for patrons at Symphony at Snow Valley. Accessible seating must be booked by contacting the Box Office at 780.428.1414 or box.office@winspearcentre.com. If you have any other questions about accessibility, please reach out to the Box Office team.


Box Office

The Box Office will open at Snow Valley starting at 4:30 PM every day.


Child Policy

All children, including infants, require a ticket. Youth ages 17 and under can attend for free in the grass seating; chair seating requires a paid Youth chair ticket. Infants under 12 months will receive free Babes in Arms tickets from the onsite Box Office prior to the concert.


Festival Admittance

Gates will open at 4:30 PM every day. Pets are not permitted. Service animals will be admitted.

If the concert needs to be rescheduled due to inclement weather, please check our social media accounts and your email inbox for updates.


Parking

Parking is NOT AVAILABLE at Snow Valley. Guests may park at Harry Ainlay High School for FREE and take the FREE ETS shuttle to the festival site. Parking is available in the North and South school lots, but not in the smaller South-West lot. There is also street parking all along 43rd Ave NW, as well as some additional parking at Louis St. Laurent school, not pictured below. Please note that parking for this event is NOT available in front of the Confederation Leisure Centre. Please see map below.

The FREE ETS shuttle service will begin 2.5 hours prior to the performance and run until 1 hour after the performance ends. The ETS shuttle stop will be southbound on 111 St before 43 Ave as per map below:

For anyone using Dedicated Accessible Transit Service (DATS), please note that drop offs will be allowed in the Snow Valley parking lot. However, there will not be golf carts available for patrons to get around at Symphony at Snow Valley. Biking

There will be a complimentary, supervised bike lock up area on site. Please bring your own lock.


Food & Drink

There will be a variety of food & beverage offerings from Creekside Eats and various food trucks on site. Alcoholic beverages will be for sale and may be consumed anywhere on site, including in your seats. Please note that the bars and Creekside Eats will not be accepting cash.

Smoking

There will be a designated smoking, vaping, and cannabis area on site. Look for signage indicating the designated area.
