Donating Securities and Other Ways to Give

If you want to donate to the Winspear or Edmonton Symphony Orchestra, but an online donation is not an option for you, please consider these other methods.

Donate Shares or Appreciated Securities

Lower your taxes, impact your community, and be recognized. Donate shares or publicly traded securities and be exempt from paying tax on the capital gain. You also get a tax receipt for the full value of the donated shares. Alberta has some of the best tax benefits for charitable giving.
