Safety • COVID-19 Response

Updated at 6:25 PM, November 25, 2020

In light of the latest provincial restrictions announced on November 24, we are temporarily unable to host live events, including the upcoming ESO concerts:
That’s Entertainment! (Nov 26-29)
Holiday Masters (Dec 5-12)

These concerts are postponed until early 2021. Ticket holders will be the first to know when the new dates are announced.

Another upcoming program, Deck The Halls, was scheduled to run December 16 through December 23. While we don't yet know if the Winspear Centre will re-open for concerts by then, rest assured that we will still make your holiday season merry and bright. If you have tickets for Deck The Halls, we will either welcome you to join us at an in-person concert or to enjoy a recorded concert, which you can watch from home with your family. We will update ticket holders as soon as possible about the status of Deck The Halls.

What does this mean for you?

For your tickets to That’s Entertainment! or Holiday Masters, you have several options.

If you reserved tickets using your ESO Membership, your tickets will be returned to your Membership and you can use them for any ESO concert through June 2021. We have lots more in store.

If you are not a Member and have purchased tickets to either performance, you can choose to keep your funds on account, purchase something from our Holiday Gift Guide, or donate your tickets back to the ESO – for which we would be most grateful. Or, if you prefer, you can request a refund. Please log in to your account and indicate what you would like to do. If we do not hear from you, we will keep your funds on account for future use. If you have any questions, please contact the Box Office:

If you have tickets for Deck The Halls, we ask that you hold on to them for now. We still hope to perform Deck The Halls, and will email ticket holders once we have more details. However, if you can no longer attend or the event cannot go ahead, you are able to access the same options listed for That’s Entertainment! and Holiday Masters.

We will see you soon!

We appreciate the trust that you have put in the Winspear Centre/ESO to keep you safe while you're in our Concert Hall, and we look forward to having you back as soon as possible.

You are a valued part of the Winspear and ESO family, and we will continue to keep you informed. In the meantime, please visit our ESO YouTube channel to enjoy some of our past performances and concert videos. We have some exciting things in the works, so keep an eye on your inbox!

Stay safe,

Annemarie Petrov
President & CEO
